  • Ensuring that the food inside is going to be hygienic.
  • Extending the shelf life or the freshness of the content.
  • Enhancing the brand image of the product through the appeal of visual impact, touch, or sound.
  • Informing consumers and making the product easier to use (measuring, opening / resealing, etc.)
  • Ensuring the integrity of the packaging and the safety of consumers.
  • Easier in storing, transporting

However, in order to obtain the above benefits or better, the effectiveness of the pack used has to be assessed.
